  1. 0You are in a north/south canyon about
  2. 25 feet across. The floor is covered
  3. by white mist seeping in from the
  4. north. The walls extend upward for well
  5. over 100 feet. Suspended from some
  6. unseen point far above you, an
  7. enormous two-sided mirror is hanging
  8. parallel to and midway between the
  9. canyon walls. The mirror is obviously
  10. provided for use by the dwarves, who,
  11. as you know, are extremely vain. A
  12. small window can be seen in either
  13. wall, some fifty feet up.
  14. #1You are at the edge of a large
  15. underground reservoir. An opaque
  16. cloud of white mist fills the room
  17. and rises rapidly upward. The lake is
  18. fed by a stream which tumbles out of
  19. a hole in the wall about 10 feet
  20. overhead and splashes noisily into the
  21. water somewhere within the mist. The
  22. only passage goes back toward the
  23. south.
  24. #2You are in a secret canyon with exits
  25. to north and east.
  26. #3You are in a secret e/w canyon above
  27. a tight canyon.
  28. #4You are in a wide place in a very
  29. tight n/s canyon.
  30. #5The canyon here becomes too tight to
  31. go on.
  32. #6You are in a tall e/w canyon. A low
  33. crawl goes three feet north and seems
  34. to open up.
  35. #7The canyon runs into a maze of
  36. boulders -- dead end.
  37. #8You are in a maze of twisty little
  38. tunnels, all alike.
